If you would like your order decorated DO NOT process your order on our site. Custom decorated orders are invoice separately from the website. Contact us at 1-888-243-4356 or request an custom embroidery quote or custom screen printing quote.

All orders submitted on our site are process automatically with the warehouse within 30 minutes and shipped typically within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped from the closest warehouse to your shipping location which has stock at the time of your order being process, which allows us to deliver your order fast. The exception to the rule is Colorado Timberline items which only ships from Colorado and most Augusta Sportswear ships from Georgia warehouse.

Orders are shipped every day except for weekends and major holidays. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you complete your order. After your order has shipped we will provide you a tracking number for your order. We are not able to stop all blank items order cancellation request because our ordering system sends orders to our warehouse within 30 minutes of us receiving an order notification.  If your order has been process by the warehouse it will not be cancelled and your order will be shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order please complete the form below and we will assist in any way we can.

International Shipping

Currently we are not shipping internationally but are looking into providing this service.

Package Refusal

Any shippment refused (does not accept) the package, the customer will be billed the return fee assessed by the shipping company. By not accepting the package, customer is refusing to comply with the company policies and will not be entitled to any refund(s) or reimbursement(s). Prior to sending your package back, please request a Return Authorization number.
