Image Apparel Policy
When you process an order on our website or provide payment from an invoice we provide you are agreeing that you have read and understand Image Apparel policy.
Product and Decoration Guarantee
All products we sell are new and not recondition or seconds. If the merchandise is a manufactures defect we will work directly with them to resolve the issue. We guarantee our work of decoration and if any defects are due to us we will replace the item no questions asked.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise when they are received. All claims such as defects, shortages etc must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Any claims after 72 hours will not be accepted.
Before any merchandise can be returned we must issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number. No merchandise will be accepted back without a RA number. To have a RA# issued please complete this form on our return & exchange page.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and other 3rd party processors which are available on our site at checkout. We also accept business and personal checks.
Payments are process on our site securely via our shopping cart or a link we provide for invoices. If sending a check as payment by mail or carrier once verification of the check your items will be ordered and process. Items which are decorated will be shipped after the check has cleared.
Returned Check fee for Insufficient Funds (NFS) : $35.00
Improper Charge Back Fee
Customers issuing a no cause/reason charge back after they have received their merchandise will be billed any fees incurred by Image Apparel as well as a $50.00 charge back fee. We must protect ourselves from this new type of crime/negligence. As our merchandise and decoration guarantee states. If the merchandise is a manufactures defect we will work directly with them to resolve the issue. We guarantee our work of decoration and if any defects are due to us we will replace the item no questions asked. With our guarantee there is no need for the negligence charge back.
Email and Spam Filters
We are not held responsible for any emails not received due to SPAM filters installed by our customers or their ISP (Internet Service Provider). We suggest setting up any spam filters you may have to allow emails from our domain to arrive.
Merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice. All information provided on Image Apparel is deemed reliable, but without any warranty.
We are not responsible for a manufacturer's inability to supply us merchandise or if they update their product to different specifications than what is on our website. Any changes you are notified and must approve the change.
Since every monitor can be adjusted for a personal preference and colors can appear different base on your monitor setting colors may appear slightly different than they are when ordered. Every effort is made to insure that the pictured colors are as close to the product colors on our website.

We are not able to stop all blank order cancellation request because our ordering system sends orders to our warehouse within 30 minutes of us receiving an order notification. If your order has been process by the warehouse it will not be cancelled and your order will be shipped.
If we are able to cancel your order per your request we will email you back confirmation it was cancelled and a refund will be issued for your order in the same method which your order was paid.
If a decorated order needs to be altered or canceled while in production, any set-up costs, art charges, shipping, restocking and handling charges will apply. No returns on decorated merchandise.
Samples & Return
We understand before decorating your logo on an item sometimes you need to see & touch it to make sure it is what you would like. Samples are treated just as if you were ordering a blank non decorated item. Process a sample order just as if you were ordering for your personal use. Samples can be returned and decorated with your purchase of the larger order.
Shipping is calculated in real time using UPS (less than tax) shipped ground inside the United States. For blank apparel the shipping rate to order a few pieces is not much more than ordering 1 item. Another thing to remember about shipping clothing. Apparel is either heavy or bulky and sometimes both. For example a box of 36 polo shirts weighs between 30 - 40 lbs depending on the sizes of shirts being packed. Polo's are generally packed 36 to a box. Therefore, 72 polo's would take 2 boxes and have a total weight of 60 to 70 lbs.
Any other form of shipping such as overnight is quoted and approved by the customer before processing the order.
Rush orders can be done if you need your order shipped faster than 8-10 business days. You can contact us via email or call us 1-888-256-4353. Orders must be submitted by 2 PM, EST and the invoice must be approved by 3 PM. Orders that are approved after 3 PM EST will be considered received on the following business day. Rush fees are determined by each order.
