Each year my team attends a sales rally and we are known for looking the sharpest. This year will be no exception thanks to the great folks at Image Apparel. I was uneasy ordering from a company I had not dealt with before, but my first contact with Mike put me at ease. Mike and his team did a fantastic job on the shirts we ordered and even got them delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find a company that balances good customer service with a quality product - Image Apparel is a company that can do both! Keep up the good work.

I’d like to compliment Image Apparel on the efficient processing of my order for wind shirts with our company’s logo embroidered on them. I chose to order from Image Apparel because of the selection they offered and a promise for quick turnaround time stated on your web site. I was ordering the wind shirts for Christmas gifts for our managers and I knew I wanted to include a couple of new people starting but didn’t know their sizes until late November.

Thankfully, I received an almost immediate response from Mike Williamson who then shepherded my order through. Mike worked with me on the artwork and then kept me updated on progress and assured me I would have the shirts in time for Christmas. The order arrived a day earlier than expected and we were able to distribute the gifts for everyone to wear on a casual day at work.

This was a surprisingly pleasant experience and I will spread the word to others who comment on the shirts and elsewhere in our company.

I needed 120 customized gas station-style shirts as wrap gifts for an independent film crew. And I needed them in a week. Every place I called was telling me no, it would take two weeks. When I called Mike at Image Apparel, he had the flu. But he still returned every call, every email promptly. He walked me through different shirt options, different ways we could cut down the turnaround time. He openly admitted it wasn't a sure thing, but there was a good chance he could get it done in time. We ended up getting the shirts just hours before wrap, and they turned out great. The general consensus amongst the crew was that the shirts were the nicest wrap gift they had ever seen. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, and the dedication and efficiency demonstrated by Mike far surpassed my expectations.
