Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Image Apparel. If you are not, please return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price minus any addtional charges that may apply. See Return Rules and Restrictions below. Shipping, handling or additional charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Decorated items are only returnable if they are damage by the manufacture or by us when decorating. Once an item is decorated and shipped we ask you to notify us of any damages within 72 hours of receipt. After 72 hours of receipt we will consider the items were delivered as ordered. Very rarely will you need to notify us of any damage items because our production is a 3 step process and if there are any damage items we will generally catch them in one of the three steps.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Any other questions please complete the form below.

Return Rules and Restrictions

  • Items must be in new condition, not washed or used, and returned with all the original packaging.
  • Items ordered with free shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • For sanitary reasons, undergarments may not be returned.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.*
  • Returns without a return authorization number, or RA#, will not be accepted.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for items received after 30 days.
  • Items received after 60 days will not receive a refund and will not be shipped back.
  • Shipping, handling and additional charges are non-refundable except in the case of a defective item or shipping error.
  • Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-10 days of receipt by Image Apparel.**

* Please take transit times into account to ensure that your return is received within 30 days of the delivery date, which is specified in the tracking information that corresponds with your order.

** Image Apparel is not responsible for loss or theft that may occur in transit. Unconfirmed returns may not be refunded completely. Refunds are issued after receipt of the returned and it has been confirmed.  We highly encourage you to track your return shipment. Insurance may cover replacement costs in case of loss or theft.


Exchanges with Image Apparel are simple. Customers may place a new order and return the original within 30 days of the original delivery date. This allows customers to receive the new item without waiting for the return to be confirmed and refunded. The refund policy applies to the return of the original item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
